The Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea in Israel have a clear differentiation. Since water flows both into and out of the Sea of Galilee, there are all kinds of fish that live in it. However, there are few living things that can exist in the Dead Sea because the water flows in but it doesn't go out and everything just flows in and remains in it. In much the same way, we can't receive any more blessing from God nor attract the hearts of others if we only receive and don't give out something to others. The more you try to hoard what you receive gradually the less you will have. Therefore, I pray that you will be much more blessed not only by receiving the grace from God, but also by passing the blessings on to others in the New Year.
