Most people think that they should live in blessings and comfort when they believe in God and go to church. But actually, there are many things necessary to be patient with and sacrifice for in our believing lives. We must live temperate lives and attend church. We must stop drinking and smoking and doing the things that God hates. We must get rid of evils like hatred, greed, adulterous minds and pride. We must try to become sanctified. Therefore, the Bible says that the way into Heaven is by the narrow gate (Matthew 7:13-14). The fact is clear that you can enjoy the everlasting glory of Heaven if you pass through this gate.
