When John Newton, who composed the hymn 'Amazing Grace', turned 80, people around John urged him to take a break from the ministry of the Word. He then replied that he would not take leave from preaching the love of God who had found him and forgiven him until the day he died. It should be the same for us. We used to think that after death on this earth there was no afterlife. However, by accepting Jesus Christ we received salvation. From that time on God has led us on the path to Heaven by showing us there is a life after death. How great the grace of God is to shed light on this path! Anyone who realizes this love of God deep in their heart cannot stop loving God.
