The Law of God

The law in the Word of God and the laws of this world are not the same. According to the law of the world, people are taught that they should seek retribution from their enemies. But in Matthew 5:44, the Word of God teaches you that you have to love your enemies. The Bible says in Acts 20:35 that it is more blessed to give than to receive, whereas people from the world think it is blessed to receive. In this same way, there are many things in opposition to the word in the Bible. However, it is clear that God will be with you giving you blessings if you live according to the word of God. "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," declares the LORD.

"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts" (Isaiah 55:8-9).
