God created the heavens and the earth and all things in them in an orderly manner and managed all of them without the slightest error. If the order was broken and the moon ran off track, the whole world would lapse into chaos and nobody would survive. Likewise, family, school, workplace, and church will become powerful when the members of each group observe the given order. So it's wrong to break the order even if your senior is not good at what he is doing. Since God is the God of Order we will prosper only when we obey according to the order (1 Corinthians 14:40).
