I'm sure you've heard people slandering others in workplace. Some of you may say that coworkers' slander is a bigger source of problems than any work-related task assigned. Workers would be happy if they encouraged one another and had pleasant conversations. So, why can't they? This is because people are usually generous dealing with their own mistakes but don't tolerate those of others. If you see the speck in the eyes of others, it would be wise to realize the log in your eye and pull it out first (Matthew 7:1-5).
