When some people ask me how they can lead proper believing lives, I am always telling them to keep the Sabbath holy first of all (Exodus 20:8). To keep the Sabbath properly, we need to manage our lives properly for the remaining six days from Monday to Saturday. Just as it is hard to concentrate on studies after we watch TV for a long time, we will find it harder for us to offer up our hearts to God in church on Sunday if we joke around, lie, and get angry during the other six days of the week. Thus, it is a very significant point to live a holy life before God for the six days as well as keeping Sunday holy.
