To graphically draw a picture we need to shade in the drawing. Most people want something good to happen in their lives all the time. However, in fact, hardship sometimes makes their lives more active. Some say they found and met God through hardship and they became stronger and mature through sorrows. Therefore, when we overcome afflictions with thanks and faith, it will turn to the opportunity of blessings.
"It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I may learn Your statutes" (Psalm 119:71).
