Most parents like doing everything for their children. However, they are unable to be with them all the time, and they can't protect their children from danger and unexpected diseases. Then, what can parents do for their beloved children? Deuteronomy Chapter 28 says if we will diligently obey God, being careful to do all His commandments, then blessings will come upon us. One of those blessings that is recorded says, "Blessed shall be the offspring of your body". In other words, parents who keep God's commands allow for their children to enjoy blessings. To live according to the Word of God, that is the way to truly love your children.
