It is really good for a person to be praised and recognized by others. It is much better for him to be praised by his close friends. That's because the friends are well aware of his nature, heart and attitude. No matter how high credits he gains from his friends, the credit measured by God is different. God exactly knows the inner heart of each person. God praises him who is good-hearted and full of love and who resembles Jesus Christ.
"Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 2:5).
