If we love God with all our heart, we can constantly reflect upon ourselves with the Word of God. We can continually check to see if we seek the benefit of others or if we can rejoice when good things happen to others and not us. We can also determine if we experience discomfort towards people who cause difficulties for us. Just hearing the Word of God many times and knowing much of it as knowledge does not necessarily lead us toward renewal of our hearts. We need to apply the Word we learned to our lives. This is the attitude of people who love God with all their hearts.
