Through this letter I send my sincere regards and special thanks to you for giving the favor and grace to the wretched and poor Peruvians living in a high land of Puno, Peru, last December. Puno is one of the poorest places in Peru and most of the population therein is native Indians and peasants. The favor and charity you gave them last December was necessary for them. Again I give deep thanks to you for presenting children with many toys.
